1.Dry and frizzy hair: Avocado Air Conditioning

Dry hair needs to be pampered a lot as the loss of moisture can make it look dry, dull and lifeless. Deep hydration is that your hair must be at least once a week. Here’s how to make your own deep conditioner to deal with dry and frizzy hair.

Ingredients:

• 1 Ripe Avocado
• 1 Tbsp Honey
• 2-3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil

Take one ripe avocado and use a blender or puree to make a smooth paste. Add honey and rosemary essential oil to the mixture and apply it liberally on your hair. Cover your head with cling film (plastic wrap) and wash off after 30 minutes with cold water. This recipe is de-frizzes your hair and makes it soft and smooth. If you can not find Rosemary oil, it will still work wonders.

 

2.Oily Hair : Strawberry and Pomegranate Hair Mask

Ingredients:

• 8-9 Fresh Strawberries
• 1/2 Cup Low Fat Yogurt
• 5-6 Tbsp. Pomegranate Juice

Blend 8-9 fresh strawberries, add the yogurt and pomegranate juice to it. Apply liberally to the hair , cover your head with cling film ( plastic wrap ) and wash off after 30 minutes with cold water. This recipe takes care of the excess oil and gives your hair shiny and healthy looking .

 

3.Thin / fine Hair Volumizing Conditioner for hair

Thin hair can be very difficult, because in many cases it does not matter what you do your hair tends to look limp , flat and lifeless. Even worse, if you have oily hair texture with this oily hair , because she looks flat – if you have thin hair, then its time for you to look for extra volume shampoo and conditioner or make your own air conditioner to address this problem.

Ingredients:

• 3 Egg Yolks
• 6 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• One Vitamin E Capsule

Most of us do not think about the consequences of the use of styling products. Regular use of these styling products can actually make our hair dry and brittle which can ultimately lead to hair loss and other hair and scalp problems. So it’s not a good idea to go for it, especially if you have colored hair, or if you use styling products (eg, hair gel, mousse, spray or cream) on a regular basis.

Ingredients:

• 3 Tbsp. Aloe Vera Gel
• 1 Cup Coconut Milk
• 3 Drops Rosemary Essential Oil
• 3 Tbsp. Honey
• 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

Mix it all together and apply. Wash off after 30 minutes with warm water. This recipe moisturizes the hair and makes it strong and healthy.
